How to order
Order like you would from a menu: pick the machine, leave your address, and settle by card or in cash at the door. We telephone before anything leaves us.

1. Put it in the basket
Every machine carries one figure, and that figure is the whole of it: VAT counted in, carriage across the EU counted in. Order two or ten if you like; they leave on the same pallet and reach you as a single delivery.
Not sure which one suits your kitchen? Describe what you cook and how much space you have on the contact page, and we will say which one we think fits, or whether none of them does.
2. Leave your details at the checkout
We need a name, a street address, an email and a telephone number for the driver. Nothing to register, no password to invent. Then pick your method: the card form here, or cash at the door. Pick cash and not a cent moves at this stage – the page finishes with an order number, and the same number arrives by email.
A handful of islands and out-of-the-way districts need a second carrier. If yours is one, you get a letter quoting the extra carriage before anything is packed, and walking away then costs nothing. Outside the euro area a cash payment is collected in your own currency, and we read out both figures on the telephone.
3. The call, then the van
Someone telephones to check the order and settle on a day that suits you. Right up until the machine is handed to the carrier you may call it off for nothing – say so on that call, or write to us afterwards.
The order then normally goes to the courier within one to two working days. On the day it leaves, you get an email with the courier’s name and a tracking reference. Delivery times by country are on the delivery page.
4. At the door
Ask the driver to wait while you lift the lid and look the machine over. Paying cash, this is the moment: count it into their hand and keep the slip they give you. Anything amiss, send the box straight back – carriage home is ours, and if you were paying cash you are not a cent out of pocket.
There are exactly two tills. The card form on this website, and the driver standing at your door. Nothing else: no deposit, no bank transfer, and nobody from Gormox telephoning or emailing to read card numbers off you. Should such a message reach you, it did not come from here – send it on to support@gormox.com.
After it has arrived
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, explained on returns and refunds, and every machine carries the legal guarantee described on the guarantee page.
