Questions

The ones people ask first.

Everything else is on the questions page, or one email away.

All questions
How can I pay?

Because Gormox does not take payment online at all. You send an enquiry, we email you the total, and you pay the courier in cash on delivery. A basket that cannot take money would only get in the way.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, to street addresses across the European Union, and the basket total is the whole amount you pay, whether at the checkout or to the courier. A few islands and remote areas travel on a separate courier service; if yours is one of them, we tell you before you accept, along with any extra carriage.

Can I look at it before I pay?

Yes. Open the box while the courier is with you. If it is not what you ordered, or it arrives damaged, refuse it and you pay nothing.

How soon will it arrive?

It goes to the courier within one to two working days of our call, then usually takes between one and seven working days depending on the country. The delivery page has the table.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are withdrawing, without giving a reason. Returns and refunds explains the rest.

Ask about any of them.

Describe what you cook and we will say which one fits, or that none of them does. To buy, the basket and the checkout take about a minute.
