Delivery

Free to street addresses across the European Union, paid for by card at the checkout or in cash when it arrives. Below: the countries covered, the usual transit times, and how the handover at your door works.

What it costs

Nothing on top of the price. The basket total is the amount you give the courier, and it is the price shown on the site for each machine. There is no minimum order, no fee for paying in cash, no fuel surcharge and no rounding up at the door.

One exception, stated before you commit: a few islands and outlying regions sit on a different courier network with longer transit. Where your address falls in one, the confirmation flags it, together with any extra carriage, and you decide from there.

Where it goes

Any street address in the 27 EU member states: your home, your office or a staffed front desk. Because payment is taken at the door, the parcel has to be handed to a person, so a locker, a PO box or a pick-up point cannot take it.

The carrying itself is done by independent courier companies working to our instructions.

How long it takes

Once we have rung you to agree the day, we usually hand the machine over for shipping within one or two working days. The transit times below are counted from that handover.

DestinationWorking days in transit
Mainland Spain1 to 3
France, Portugal, Italy, Germany and the Benelux countries2 to 4
Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland and Croatia3 to 5
Denmark, Sweden, Finland and the Baltic states4 to 7
Greece, Romania and Bulgaria4 to 7
Islands and outlying regions5 to 10, agreed with you beforehand

These are usual ranges rather than promises. Weather, strikes and the days either side of a public holiday can add to them, and if a parcel falls well behind we take it up with the courier ourselves.

Tracking

The day your parcel leaves, we email the courier’s name and a tracking reference. It can take a few hours before the first scan shows up, which is normal. If tracking stops moving for more than two working days, write to support@gormox.com with the reference.

When the courier calls

The courier usually gets in touch on the day with a delivery window. Have the exact amount ready if you chose cash on delivery, in your own currency: couriers carry little change and cannot take a card, a transfer or part payment.

You are welcome to open the box before paying. Check it is the machine you ordered and that nothing is cracked or dented. If something is wrong, refuse the parcel: you hand over nothing and it travels back to us at our cost.

The amount never changes on the doorstep. If a courier asks for more than the total in your confirmation, do not pay it. Refuse the parcel and let us know.

If nobody is in

Expect two or three delivery attempts on successive working days, each with a note or a text explaining how to rebook. When every attempt fails, the parcel returns to us; we then contact you and either set up a fresh delivery or cancel the order, whichever you prefer.

Damage you notice later

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with the tracking reference and photographs of the machine, its outer carton and the courier label. Hold on to all the packing materials until we have closed the claim. Where damage in transit is confirmed, we collect the machine, send a replacement and pay the carriage both ways.

Changing the address

Before dispatch, just email the new address. Once the parcel is with the courier, a change may or may not be possible depending on the courier; we will tell you which.
