How long you are covered

Our sales are governed by Spanish law, under which the guarantee of conformity on a new product lasts three years from the day it is delivered. EU law sets a floor of two years in every member state; if the law of the country you live in gives you more protection on any point, you keep it.

For the first two years, a fault that shows up is presumed to have been there on delivery unless we can show otherwise. After that, a clear description of what happens and when helps us deal with the claim quickly.

What it covers

The guarantee applies when a machine does not match its description or does not work as a machine of its kind should. A few examples from this range:

• A breakfast maker whose oven element or coffee heater stops warming
• A timer that no longer switches the oven off at the end
• A grill thermostat stuck on one setting, or an element that will not heat
• A pizza maker that heats from one side only, or a lid hinge that will not hold

We will repair or replace the machine. Where neither is possible, or it would take unreasonably long, you can choose a price reduction or a full refund.

What it does not cover

• Damage from a fall, from liquid getting into the controls, or from use on the wrong voltage
• Ordinary wear, such as a non-stick surface scratched by metal utensils or a grate marked by years of use
• Faults caused by repairs or modifications made by someone else
• Cosmetic marks that do not affect how the machine works and were not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Making a claim

1. Email support@gormox.com with your order reference.
2. Say what the machine does now and what it did before, and attach a photo or a short video where the fault can be seen.
3. We reply with the next step and, where the machine needs to come back, arrange collection at our cost.

Using the machines safely

All three get hot on the outside as well as the inside. Keep them on a stable, heat-resistant surface with space around them, away from curtains and cupboards overhead, and out of reach of children while in use and while cooling down. Follow the manual supplied with each machine; it takes precedence over anything written here.
